Cosmolubric HF 122 E

Represents a synthetic biodegradable hydraulic fluid based on organic esters with an ISO VG 46 viscosity grade. High lubricating ability and anti-wear properties provide reliable protection for hydraulic systems and components.

Areas of application:

It is an environmentally friendly alternative to hydraulic fluids based on mineral oil. Its use reduces fire hazards when operating hydraulic equipment near open flames, hot surfaces, or molten metal. Especially suitable for systems requiring a significant volume of lubricants or systems with the possibility of discharge into drains. The brand has gained high recognition in the steel and aluminum production fields, die casting, glass manufacturing, polymer stamping, and other industries where there is a high fire hazard.

Lubrication:

Cosmolubric HF 122 E passed the ASTMD2882 pump test with a 5 mg weight loss at 140 bar. It is used in a wide range of hydraulic equipment, also suitable for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems.

Corrosion protection:

Cosmolubric HF 122 E passed the corrosion test IP135 / ASTMD665A and also meets CETOP R48H requirements for steel, copper, brass, and anodized aluminum.

Other properties:

Cosmolubric HF 122 E has a low foam level, thereby eliminating the risk of cavitation and air entrapment. In the IP146 test, it showed a result of 230/0 at 24 °C.

Suitable for standard seals in hydraulic systems, such as NBR, Viton, Teflon.
