Cindolube 4683 – oil for deep drawing, wire drawing, and wire compression, belonging to a new series of products containing a unique additive ND.

ND additive

The surface of certain metals, such as aluminum, is usually covered with a layer of metal oxide. This coating is generally brittle and abrasive. During plastic deformation, the surface oxidizes very quickly, and traditional drawing oils cannot prevent this oxidation. The unique effect of the ND additive lies in the speed of interaction with the newly produced metal surface, making the formation of an oxide layer impossible. The coating formed by the ND additive has a very low friction coefficient, which facilitates the execution of operations.

Moreover, the viscosity of the product is significantly lower compared to other lubricants traditionally used for such operations, which in turn facilitates the production process and provides advantages such as increased durability of the drawing matrix, high production volumes, and mirror-like surfaces.
