We expect from you:

• higher education in marketing or economics;
• work experience in brand, product, or trade marketing of at least 3 years;
• experience in developing and implementing brand strategies;
• understanding of the B2C market, retail and partner sales channels, e-commerce;
• strong analytical skills and ability to work with data;
• confident skills in Excel / Google Sheets;
• understanding of the basics of digital marketing, advertising, analytics, and e-commerce;
• ability to set tasks for the team, prioritize, and control outcomes;
• developed commercial thinking and result orientation;
• proficient Ukrainian language skills, English — from B1;
• willingness to travel for work purposes.

Responsibilities:

• development and implementation of B2C brand development strategies;
• market analysis, competitors, consumers, pricing, and assortment;
• formation of brand positioning and key marketing messages;
• setting promotion priorities in online and offline channels;
• setting tasks for marketing teams and controlling their implementation;
• development and coordination of marketing campaigns and product launches;
• analysis of marketing activity effectiveness, sales, and marketing budget;
• interaction with sales, procurement, logistics, and other departments;
• preparation of reports, conclusions, and proposals for brand development.
